If you hadn’t already heard Factory BJJ / Combat Base Stockport‘s very own Strength and Conditioning coach Mat Leigh is now running a regular BJJ Conditioning Class.

The session runs every Wednesday from 8.30 – 10pm. The class is split into 45 mins of conditioning and 45 mins of open mat (gi or no gi).

The first session was last week (January 5th) and everyone who came down had a lot of fun! The sessions are aimed at all fitness levels and are guaranteed to help your wider BJJ game.

Everyone is welcome to join in, not just those who train at the club and feel free to bring your partner, friends etc.

Sessions are £6 each or will be counted as one as part of your standing order deals.

Here is what Adam Adshead said about Mat:
