Book Review: Saulo Ribiero - Jiu-Jitsu University

Those of you who have been down over the last few weeks have seen or heard me evangelising about Saulo Ribiero’s Jiu-Jitsu University Book.

For those out there who haven’t had the chance to check out my copy, I really do think it’s an essential purchase for those of you who want to expand your conceptual and systematic understanding of BJJ.

Broken down into the different belts and full of techniques, drills and pointers for both coaches and athletes, the book really does have something for everyone.

Both me and Doug have a copy and we’re looking at implementing Saulo’s teachings in our sessions in the New Year.
