What is the difference in the classes?
Day Class – All Levels – 1 hr Open Drilling / 30 mins Rolling
Basics Class – The 5 Introductory Classes for those new to the club
White Belt Class (Novice) – Taught in blocks of 4 weeks, these are ideal for those looking to build on the basics.
Blue Belt Class (Advanced) – Our Advanced Classes for those at Blue, Purple, Brown and Black Belt.
Competition Class – Scenario based drills and sparring for those looking to prepare for competition. At least 6 months of training needed before entering this class – speak to Adam if you’re interested.
Kids Jiu Jitsu – Aged 2 – 5 yrs – Parent and Me – An ideal way to get your kids in Jiu Jitsu. Full of games and drills which you will work alongside your child.
Kids Jiu Jitsu –6 yrs and Up – Structured mixed level BJJ classes for those 6 plus.
BJJ Conditioning Class – Circuit training with BJJ in mind. Each class is designed to work on areas that you use whilst training. Ideal for all fitness levels.
No Gi – All levels are welcome to our submission wrestling classes. Here we cover all things No Gi to compliment our BJJ classes.
Drilling Class – Alternating 5 minute rounds to sharpen your game. Practicem, drill and rep out whatever you want. Revisit the class material from that week to the latest moves you’ve seen on youtube!
Wrestling – Focusing on Folk and Collegiate style. Coach Scott looks at all things from takedowns to turnover. All levels welcome, but a private Wrestling Basics Class must be booked before entering.
Open Mat – Time to come in and use the mat for your own training. Whether that’s sparring/rolling or drilling, make the most of the time to work on your game.
BJJ (All levels welcome) – Mixed Level Class which comprises of 30 minutes of drills and 30 minutes of tutition that is pitched to all levels.
